the basics
What is a Customer Network?
Unlike an embedded network, a tenant connection on a customer network is not a market connection.
In most cases, the landlord controls a single connection point and installs check metering downstream and will invoice at a nominated rate based on meter readings collected.
This means the property owner or body corporate manages the main supply, while Tenco supports the operational, billing and reporting requirements.
We even have our own consumer facing billing website to further simplify the experience – introducing UtiliBill →
Billing for power, gas, water & fibre.
Tenco supports a full range of utility billing, with the flexibility to combine services across a single property.
