Unlock Value from your Property’s Utility Infrastructure with an Embedded Network.

Tenco provides specialist utility network, billing, data and advisory services for property owners, developers, body corporates and managed property portfolios across the country.

The basics

What is an Embedded Network?

An embedded network allows the private utility infrastructure within a property to be managed as a network.

Once set up, Tenco provides network billing and reporting in industry standard formats, allowing you to focus on your core business, confident that all the day-to-day management and compliance is taken care of.

Why Establish an Embedded Network?

An embedded network may help property owners and developers:

  • Create a new income stream
  • Increase the capital value of the property
  • Retain tenant retail choice
  • Improve visibility over network performance
  • Simplify network billing and reporting
  • Access monthly and annual performance reporting

getting started

What’s involved in setting up?

In many cases, the physical work required is minimal.

Often, Tenco only needs to install a gate meter within the main switchboard of a building or development.
Before proceeding, Tenco completes a site investigation to confirm what is required.
